Summer Garden project..

Hello my dear friends!

First of all I wanna show you how I ended up with Soda SO-3125 project. I sent as a birthday present to a very special friend in São Paulo. It took a ride with another friend 'cause I was kinda scared of sending it through mail service. My friend Paty took a picture of it in her new home..I must say that I was very proud to see that she loved her new framed Soda.

The second thing is that I'm having problems trying to stitch Summer Garden. I really have no idea at all about how to make three flowers. Can someone help me?

It is taking too long for me to finish this project because I have no idea about the colors I'm gonna use..so, I keep testing colors all the time. I was stitching it on linen but I decided to start all over again with aida.

I think I'm gonna use dmc color variations for the other flowers, as I did with the pink one. What do you guys think?

Hope to show you more soon!

XOXO, Isa.

Besos

It looks great so far! I think for those flowers you need to back stitch the lines, probably with one thread then a French knot between them x

Bjo!!!!!

It looks really great with those lovely colours.

A Emma está certa, é isso mesmo! Ficaria lindo com o ponto margarida também... Quanto ao matizado, acho que funcionará bem. Está ficando lindo, amiga! E o Soda já emoldurado? Oh, my! Lindo!!! É realmente uma peça de destaque. Parabéns!

Oi, Isa!
Que lindo ficou o quadrinho. Charme puro!

Ah, I see what flowers you mean. When I was doing these, I just pretended I was backstitching. So you can start in the middle and stitch to one point on the flower, and then come back to the middle and stitch to another point. Does that make sense?

your stitching was so cute and the framing...perfect :)
I love when frames are on the walls but displayed this way is also very beautiful...
